Trans-Bridge Lines is a line-run operator servicing the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania and the southwestern Skylands Region of New Jersey with line run service between New York City and the Lehigh Valley, via the I-78 corridor daily, and charter and casino service in the same region.[3] Casino routes run to both Atlantic City and the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem.

Connections are also available on certain Trans-Bridge schedules to John F. Kennedy International Airport, with service running to and from Terminal 4 at the Q10 bus stop, twice daily.
Under contract to New Jersey Transit, Trans-Bridge Lines operates the 890 and 891 lines running between Pohatcong Township, New Jersey and Easton, Pennsylvania, with connections available to LANTA routes in downtown Easton at Center Square, as well as Trans-Bridge's line run via Route 22.
